For the next 4-weeks we are going to take back our PEACE! The only hostages we want are people that are going to support us as we go through this journey.
Here are the details for the #peaceheistchallenge

Week 1 (August 4–10): Emotional Peace - We will be fasting from toxic people and places that disturb our peace. This is the time to incorporate journaling, gratitude activities and being selfish by treating yourself with love.
Week 2 (August 11-17): Physical Peace - We will be fasting from unhealthy foods and habits that doesn't feed our peace. This is the time to incorporate a fitness routine, healthy eating habits and taking yourself to be pampered.
Week 3 (August 18-24): Financial Peace - We will be fasting from spending unnecessary money that doesn't allow us to invest in ourselves properly. This is the time to incorporate budgeting, saving and learning how to become financially stable.
Week 4 (August 25-31): Mental Peace - We will be fasting from procrastination and bad thoughts. This is the time to incorporate therapy, daily affirmations and talking big shit about yourself in the mirror.
The #peaceheistchallenge allows you to find peace around yourself and to be the positive energy other people thirst to have. Are you ready?
